MarTech Integration Consultant
Position Overview:
A leading Private Wealth organization is building a true B2B marketing function to better engage with Financial Advisors. The team is now scaling its marketing technology and automation capabilities to drive growth and brand visibility.
We are seeking a MarTech Integration Consultant to architect and implement a scalable, data-driven marketing technology ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in developing the strategy, integration architecture, and data flow roadmap that will power next-generation marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and integrate enterprise marketing technologies including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Cvent, and the organization's website.
- Design and implement a data strategy that ensures seamless flow of marketing and sales data across platforms to support automation and personalization at scale.
- Collaborate with a lean, agile team including a Marketing Automation Specialist, Marketing Tech Associate, and Cvent Admin to align systems and processes.
- Develop roadmaps for MarTech scalability, automation, and campaign execution.
- Advise on best practices for B2B marketing in financial services, with a focus on advisor engagement and lead nurturing.
- Support and mentor internal stakeholders, including the Director of Marketing Communications, in leveraging analytics and digital tools.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven B2B marketing experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to fintech or advisor-focused marketing.
- Deep understanding of enterprise MarTech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Cvent, etc.) and how they integrate.
- Strong grasp of marketing and sales data architecture, including CRM integration and data normalization.
- Experience creating data flow strategies and technical roadmaps for marketing automation.
- Ability to thrive in small, dynamic teams and work independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in fintech startups or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
- Familiarity with compliance and data privacy considerations in financial marketing.
