Job Summary

The Manager, Reporting & Analytics (R&A) is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and

enhancing technology for the R&A value stream. This role focuses on establishing key

efficiency metrics to drive business outcomes and requires collaboration with leaders and

stakeholders to align with strategic initiatives and execute cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead for transformation within R&A, driving innovation and

successful outcomes.

• Analyze data using advanced statistical techniques to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive shared service reporting strategy aligned

with business goals.

• Define future-state technology solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Support end-to-end processes and global transformation initiatives for R&A.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing relevant information for leadership

decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Oversee process governance and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Expertise in R&A capabilities and understanding of business/user needs.
• Experience implementing SAP reporting solutions and BI tools, focusing on

automation and optimization.

• Strong data and analytics acumen.
• Knowledge of relevant systems and toolsets for effective integration.
• Experience in cross-functional integrations between SAP modules and

applications.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting solutions.
• Subject matter expertise in SAP-driven solutions.
• Strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Proven collaboration skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or

equivalent experience/certifications.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, SAP techno-functional support,

and/or corporate financial systems roles focusing on SAP Reporting, BI, and

Datawarehouse.

• SAP Certification or related certifications (i.e. SAP Business Data Cloud,

Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud)

• Experience working with BI Tools
• Experience with leading value streams during SAP implementations or providing

long-term support to R&A
