A leading organization is seeking a dependable and proactive Project Manager to lead initiatives as part of an ongoing ServiceNow implementation. This role is critical to ensuring successful project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level visibility.


Location: Lower Manhattan, hybrid 3 times per week.


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee and drive completion of the ServiceNow implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals, milestones, and timelines.

  • Establish and maintain structure across workstreams, deliverables, and dependencies-ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the deployment.

  • Act as the primary liaison among business leaders, IT, and ServiceNow partners-facilitating clear communication and expectation setting.

  • Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and manage escalation paths to keep the program on track.

  • Coordinate with ServiceNow implementation partners, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline requirements.

  • Drive communication, training, and readiness initiatives to support user adoption and smooth transition to the new platform.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, provide regular updates to leadership, and report on progress, risks, and key decisions.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance the platform post-launch through structured feedback and iteration.



Qualifications



  • 5-10 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on enterprise system implementation.

  • Proven track record managing ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules preferred).

  • Experience leading cross-functional technology projects, ideally across identity, device management, and automation tools (e.g., Okta, Jamf).

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Strong understanding of program governance, change management, and vendor management.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills-able to influence and align across diverse teams.

  • Highly organized, process-driven, and capable of independently owning outcomes.

  • Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com) and executive reporting.
