ob Title: ServiceNow Program Manager

Location: Dallas, TX & San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Overview:
Seeking a ServiceNow Program Manager to lead multi-stream ServiceNow initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. This role requires strong coordination, governance, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate across development, architecture, testing, and business teams.

  • Lead planning, roadmaps, status reporting, and executive updates.

  • Ensure governance, quality standards, and best practices across all workstreams.

  • Drive UAT, release planning, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 15+ years in program/project management; 5+ years in ServiceNow delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Integrations, etc.

  • Proven experience managing large, multi-vendor teams.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX and San Francisco, CA.

Preferred:

  • PMP/CSM/SAFe or ServiceNow certifications.

  • Experience in large enterprise or utilities/telecom domains.
