ob Title: ServiceNow Program Manager
Location: Dallas, TX & San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Overview:
Seeking a ServiceNow Program Manager to lead multi-stream ServiceNow initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. This role requires strong coordination, governance, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage program scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate across development, architecture, testing, and business teams.
Lead planning, roadmaps, status reporting, and executive updates.
Ensure governance, quality standards, and best practices across all workstreams.
Drive UAT, release planning, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Qualifications:
10 15+ years in program/project management; 5+ years in ServiceNow delivery.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Integrations, etc.
Proven experience managing large, multi-vendor teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX and San Francisco, CA.
Preferred:
PMP/CSM/SAFe or ServiceNow certifications.
Experience in large enterprise or utilities/telecom domains.
