WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Treasury team. This role will support the ALM function by maintaining and recommending enhancements to the ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) process. In addition, the incumbent will focus on analyzing customer data and turning insights into balance sheet management strategies. We are looking for an individual with a strong sense of curiosity and creativity who enjoys diving into data to uncover customer behaviors.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Assemble, compile, and analyze information, and resolve errors/inconsistencies in data from financial reporting systems.
  • Work in collaboration with business groups to ensure the accuracy of data.
  • Produce and support dashboards and reports used across the organization.
  • Maintain financial models and model documentation for auditing and validation.
  • Maintain data mapping from core systems to asset/liability model, upload data from various subsystems to the asset/liability model, balance the subsystems data to general ledger.
  • Design queries and manipulate large volumes of data to create reporting to identify and interpreting business trends.

Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science required or related business discipline or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with data analysis, data modeling, and econometric modeling.
  • Advanced Excel, Power Query, and PowerBI knowledge required along with advanced language skills, such as Python, SAS, or R.
  • Experience in banking or financial services industry with exposure to concepts of bank asset/liability preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to quickly evolving business and regulatory environment and flexibility to prioritize changing demands is necessary.
  • Keen ability to compute, analyze, and compare data.
  • Must be able to assist management with complex projects with extreme accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.

Salary Range:
$62,918.00 - $103,365.50

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
