Position: Salesforce Admin BA

Job Description
* As a Salesforce Analyst you will partner with World Wide and Regional business Channel teams to support and drive solution needs within Salesforce CRM
* Leverage deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform to align technical solutions that support complex and evolving global business needs
* Develop and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to support regional functional testing within each release
* Own and execute end-to-end and regression testing for all Salesforce enhancements during User Acceptance Testing; collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to triage reported issues, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
* Support key business processes promoting application, platform governance, data quality, and compliance across tools and teams
* Design and implement Salesforce Reports and Dashboard that support the business processes and deliver business insight
* The ideal candidate thrives on asking why , challenging the status quo (instead of just taking down the requirement at face value), and partake in scalable, forward-thinking discussions on solutions that can improve the overall process
Key Qualifications
* Proven experience as a business analyst and admin role leading Salesforce projects for at least 5+ years
* Requires deep expertise in Salesforce native functionality, third-party solutions and best practices
* Proven experience in implementation, including the ability to determine configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems
* Hands-on experience with configurations of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territory management, custom objects, custom fields, formula fields, validations rules, email templates, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
* Excellent organization and problem-solving skills, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning, and the ability to turn strategy into tangible results
* Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using Salesforce tools; ability to design and implement report types to build Lightning Reports and Dashboard; experience with CRM Analytics is a plus
* Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed teams in a highly-matrixed, fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional teams
* Experience with Sales Cloud (required); Manufacturing Cloud and Experience Cloud (preferred)
* Experience working within a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework using tools like: VS Code, Git, and reporting tools like Tableau
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a pertinent field (required)
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, system configuration, or related technical business roles (required)
* Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (required)
* Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (required)
* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (preferred)
* Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred)
* Agile SCRUM Master certification (preferred)
