Company Overview: The Company is a globally recognized leader in risk management and claims services, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to the insurance industry. With a commitment to excellence and integrity, we empower our clients to navigate complex challenges and achieve their business objectives. We are currently seeking a Contract Program Manager to lead multiple Agile Scrum teams in the implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions across Asia PAC, Australia, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America.

Position Overview: The Company has been executing a multi-year, global initiative to migrate from their legacy client management, financial, billing, invoicing, time and expense management platforms onto the SAP Public Cloud solution (including S4/HANA, Replicon, Concur, Procure to Pay, SuccessFactors, C4/CRM). The initial implementation focused on the US business was completed August 2024. The remaining countries and legal entities in scope are targeted to begin January 2026. The program needs a Program Manager to:

Reconfirm the scope of each country and any differences to the core standard platform implemented.

Partner with selected systems integration partner and utilize an implementation plan and iterations of value delivery.

Engage each country's stakeholders/business owners to ensure resources are deployed on critical design and deployment activities (data cleansing and readiness), ensuring change management activities are undertaken to align to global processing standards defined by the program, creating business readiness plans for rollout and stabilization.

Create The Company program team structure to iteratively create the value outcomes needed to confidently deliver for each country and drive the work to completion.

Execute the program governance to manage scope changes to the agreed upon requirements and elevating issues to the overall Program Management Office and Program Sponsors, with appropriate evaluation and data, option analysis and recommendation of action to achieve delivery timelines and stated program benefits.

Ensure quality delivery of value for each country and a smooth transition to the steady run state.

Create effective working relationships with all third-party vendor partners engaged on this effort to enable a "one team" culture, focused on creating the value required for program success.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in program management with large, global business and technical implementations, utilizing SAP Activate methodologies and ALM tool. Additionally, experience in organizational change management, mentoring team members, experience with SAP public cloud implementation, working with varied cultures, and a strong financial background is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple delivery teams in the implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Asia PAC, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America to understand business requirements and define project scope and objectives.

Develop and maintain implementation roadmap and program progress and mitigate program risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and alignment of objectives.

Utilize ALM to track progress and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Communicate regularly with senior leaders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and stakeholder engagement. Participate in Steer Co meetings.

Support organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes and technologies for business users and technical support.

Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, providing guidance on Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of SAP technologies, particularly SAP Public Cloud solutions, with experience in the financial and insurance sector a plus.

Previous experience using Activate and ALM as the delivery tool.

Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to travel occasionally to project sites within Asia PAC, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America as needed.

Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
