We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Infor M3 Business Analyst with a strong blend of functional and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience with Infor M3, including a minimum of 3 years working in Infor M3 Cloud (multi-tenant) environments. This is a remote position, but candidates able to work Eastern Time Zone hours are highly preferred.
You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our M3 environment, integrating external systems, driving configuration, and optimizing workflows across a variety of M3 modules. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and can independently manage helpdesk tickets and project initiatives are ideal for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and optimize M3 CloudSuite (multi-tenant) configurations across key modules.
Analyze business needs and translate them into M3 functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with business users to streamline processes and implement best practices.
Perform system integrations between M3 and third-party applications.
Develop and maintain M3 customizations using SQL, Compass, and MDP tools.
Configure and administer M3 Homepages, Workbenches, and Reporting tools.
Participate in and lead M3 implementations and enhancement projects.
Provide support via helpdesk and take ownership of issue resolution.
Develop scripts, workflows, and data flows using Infor OS, M3 APIs, IDM, and automation tools.
Manage and configure M3 Security and access controls.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Infor M3, including 3+ years in M3 Cloud (multi-tenant) environments.
Functional and/or technical expertise across multiple M3 modules.
Proficiency in SQL, Compass, and MDP tools.
Experience with system integrations and interfacing M3 with external platforms.
Demonstrated success managing multiple M3 projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to handle both project-based and support (helpdesk) work.
Flexible working hours with a strong preference for availability during 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET.
Nice to Have:
Background as a hybrid Functional/Technical consultant.
Experience working with M3 scripting, automation, and workflow customization.
Familiarity with Infor analytics and reporting tools.
