Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in release management and software delivery lifecycles.
- Proficiency in SAFe Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with managing release cycles in application development environments.
- Experience in project management principles including risk and dependency management.
- Experience with release governance, planning, and execution across multiple teams.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with payer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple technical teams.
- Manage medium-to-low complexity projects within a SAFe Agile environment.
- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify project risks and manage dependencies to drive issues to resolution.
- Establish structure and provide governance across various release cycles.
- Provide project management support including status reporting and coordination.
- Facilitate communication between diverse stakeholders to align project goals.
