Job Details

Title : UiPath RPA Developer

Location : Chicago, IL (Hybrid Onsite)

Job Type : 6+ Months Contract

Interview Mode: Video

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years in software development

    • 2+ years specifically with UiPath

  • Must Be Strong In:

    • UiPath Document Understanding (DU)

    • Orchestrator

    • Unattended bots

    • Debugging & exception handling

  • Work Style: Agile/Scrum environment

  • Work Split: 70% development, 30% support

  • Nice to Have (Not required, but a plus):

    • Experience with Agentic automation

    • SAP/ERP system automation

    • PowerShell scripting

Interview Process:

  1. 1-hour technical test

  2. Team fit interview (if shortlisted)

Ideal Candidate Summary:

Look for a mid to senior RPA Developer with hands-on UiPath experience, especially with Document Understanding, who can start quickly and work independently. Bonus if they've automated SAP or used PowerShell.
