Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant with BPC Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP FICO and BPC modules, ensuring alignment with financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical developers to deliver effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP FICO and BPC modules.
Design, configure, and support SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
Implement and maintain SAP BPC for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
Develop and maintain functional documentation and process flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide end-user training.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in data migration and integration activities between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with internal controls and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
5+ years of experience in SAP BPC (Classic and/or Embedded).
Strong knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
Experience with BPC script logic, business rules, BADI, and EPM Add-in.
Good understanding of integration with SD, MM, and HR modules.
Ability to write and review functional specifications for custom developments.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
