Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, WM Active Lead Consultant with

experience in design, supporting multiple go-live implementations and be skilled in

warehouse operations like inventory, labor, inbound/outbound, and system integration.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential,

along with flexibility to work during stabilization periods. Preferred candidates will also have

experience in cloud/hybrid WM Active setups, middleware tools, and warehouse automation

interfaces. The ability to provide post-implementation support and stabilization services for

Warehouse Management (WM) systems, particularly in retail and third-party logistics (3PL)

environments will be an excellent addition.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and drive design conversations with facility operations and other WM architects for WM Active implementations.



Review of Solution Design Document for the project that addresses all the current process flows and planned flows for the implementation of Active WM.



Configuration of all the process flows in MAWM with the help of other engaged IT teams.



Unit Testing of all the process flows that was designed.

Helping the development team with expertise in Extension packs like, but not limited to, Custom Label, Report Development, PIX and Ship Confirm Enrichments in ProActive



Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inbound, outbound, inventory, labor management, and system interfaces.



Work closely with end users, IT teams, and business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and address system and process gaps.



Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or areas of important.



Participate in hypercare support activities including issue triaging, prioritization, and resolution tracking.



Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal support teams end users



Collaborate with technical teams to deploy fixes, enhancements, and configuration and changes as needed.

Support regression testing and validation of system changes post-GoLive.



Capture and communicate lessons learned and recommend process optimizations for future implementations.





Required Qualifications:



Overall 8+ years' experience with WMS with a minimum 3+ years of experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management Systems.



Proven experience supporting 3 or more full-cycle go-live implementations in retail and/or 3PL settings.



Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including picking, packing, shipping,receiving, and inventory control.

Experience working in high-volume, complex warehouse environments.

Solid understanding of systems integration between WM and ERP/TMS solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work flexible hours during stabilization periods or shift support windows.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with WM Active specifically in cloud or hybrid environments

. Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, EDI) used in supply chain integrations.



Experience in retail/3PL-specific configurations such as wave management, slotting, labor tracking, or VAS.



Prior exposure to automation interfaces (e.g., conveyors, sorters, AMRs).

Additional Details:



Travel will be required depending on client site requirements, for design



conversations, requirement gathering and/or Hypercare support for operations

during Go Live.
