#1911 Manufacturing Process Engineer
Position Summary:
Support the preparation and utilization of equipment for manufacturing specialized products. Provide technical assistance to production facilities through problem-solving, process enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives. Focus on developing and implementing improved procedures, methods, equipment, and related technology. Contribute to the launch of new products and plant startup activities. Support testing, coordinate, and assist with sampling operations. Prepare and analyze technical reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design formulations and pour patterns to meet production standards
- Oversee daily production process activities
- Liaise with maintenance to resolve equipment issues
- Collaborate with production teams to address manufacturing concerns
- Plan and implement process improvement experiments
- Optimize raw material usage and reduce waste
- Engage in health, safety, and quality assurance practices
- Write and revise SOPs, SOPS, procedures, and quality documents
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field preferred
- 1-2 years experience in an engineering role, especially in manufacturing environments
- Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with production standards and statistical methods
- Knowledge of pump systems, sensors, controllers, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Willing to work various shifts
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other relevant software tools
