Contact ISP to open a ticket to have NOC resolve on back end or schedule a dispatch for troubleshooting and resolution
Contact Cellular to troubleshoot and resolution of SIM
ISP Cutover
Update E3000 with IP information provided by Commandlink
Validate WAN connection with onsite tech after installation is complete
Network Switch
Troubleshoot switch connectivity
Troubleshoot client connectivity
Network Access Point
Troubleshoot AP connectivity
Troubleshoot client connectivity
Nice to have experience in the following:
CradlePoint NetCloud management
Meraki Switch and Access Points
IT Infrastructure and/or Network experience
