Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in agile delivery environments.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, boards, and sprint artifacts.
- Experience in leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Experience with tracking and reporting team performance metrics such as velocity and sprint KPIs.
- Experience in working with technical teams involving code deployment or database tasks.
- Experience with ERP implementations or large-scale enterprise systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills across business and IT teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support Agile teams in removing blockers and improving delivery efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage sprint scope and backlog.
- Promote Agile best practices and help teams stay aligned with delivery goals.
- Monitor sprint health, team KPIs, and delivery timelines for continuous improvement.
- Serve as an Agile coach to foster team accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide clear updates on project risks, progress, and dependencies to leadership.
