Job Summary

The Population Health Data Product Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for population health data products. This role partners closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, Architecture, Delivery teams, and the ADDG Leadership Team to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial outcomes across acute and ambulatory healthcare settings.

The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare domain knowledge with strong data analytics expertise, leadership capability, and a customer-centric mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive Population Health Data Product strategy in collaboration with Product Directors, Product Managers, Architecture, Delivery teams, and ADDG Leadership.

  • Translate healthcare business needs into data-driven product solutions supporting population health, care management, and financial use cases.

  • Lead or manage technology and data transformation initiatives, including enterprise-scale analytics platforms.

  • Oversee the design, build, and evolution of Enterprise Data Warehouses and data products.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between clinical workflows, operational needs, and analytics outcomes.

  • Apply agile methodologies to deliver data products efficiently and iteratively.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and clinical stakeholders, influencing decision-making through insights and analytics.

  • Ensure delivery excellence, issue resolution, and accountability for outcomes.


Required Qualifications

  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas:

    • Clinical Workflows

    • Care Management Operations (Acute & Ambulatory Healthcare)

    • Healthcare Finance

  • Strong experience in Data Analytics, including tools and platforms such as:

    • SQL

    • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

    • Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms)

  • Proven experience building and supporting Enterprise Data Warehouses

  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing technology transformation projects

  • Hands-on experience working in Agile project delivery environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent foreign degree


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems

  • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, Population Health, and Care Management concepts

  • 1–3 years of experience within the healthcare industry

  • 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
