Junior Project Manager
W2 Contract
Hybrid (3 days on site 2 days remote)
Pittsburgh, PA/Birmingham, AL
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Data Management & Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
  • Data Change Management: Monitor, implement, and document changes to data systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee project tasks, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and manage risk to ensure project goals are met.

    • Tableau – Data visualization and dashboard creation
    • Power BI – Business intelligence and reporting

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop integrated baseline project plans using estimating models, identifying resources and documenting assumptions.
  • Provide strategic solutions informed by business needs and goals.
  • Create and maintain task-based schedules, cost forecasts, and risk assessments.
  • Capture and analyze program metrics to track performance.
  • Manage scope changes by evaluating impacts on budget, timelines, and risk.
  • Anticipate and address operational risks; escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify and track project requirements and barriers; facilitate resolution.
  • Execute project closure activities, including satisfaction surveys and post-project analysis.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and archive all project assets and findings for future reference.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
  • PMI or PMP Certification (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
