Software Engineer: IV (Lead)

Looking for a Lead RPA Engineer for a 3-month remote gig (East Coast preferred). You'll lead a small team, build automation solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere and Power Automate, and work closely with clients. Must have 5+ years of experience in RPA, programming skills, and good communication. Two-round interview process. If you're passionate about automation and problem-solving, we'd love to connect!

1. Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions.

2. Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and create tailored RPA bots.

3. Ensure the quality and reliability of automation projects through testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

1. At least 5 years of experience in RPA development, with leadership or senior-level responsibilities.

2. Proficiency with RPA tools like Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate, along with programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C#.

3. Strong communication skills and experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
