TEKsystems is looking for a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join their client's Appleton based team.
As a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst, you will learn and support a variety of general IT issues and applications, including Salesforce, Office 365, and SharePoint. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls, check on open tickets, and manage emails. On average, you can expect to take between 17-35 calls a day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $23.00/hr.

Job Duties:
- Handle and analyze incoming requests related to PC hardware, software, and telephone issues.
- Identify the nature of the problem, determine the appropriate solution, and ensure that requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Install and configure software on PCs.
- Utilize a ticketing system to document issues and issue resolution.
- Perform support for specialized systems including Office 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
Skills Needed:
- 1 - 3 years of IT support experience in an IT help desk.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks based on criteria and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail.
