Demonstrates a detailed knowledge and understanding of large Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and ODS

10+ years of IT experience in Data & Analytics projects

ELT tool - dbt development experience (4+ years) and ETL/ELT Architecture experience (2+ years)

Exposure to Cloud data platform Snowflake(4+ years)

Experience in Advanced/Complex SQL (Netezza/Snowflake etc.)

Strong knowledge in DW Concepts, Dimensional Modeling, SCD2, Data Architecture, Data modeling, ETL/ELT

Exposure to GitLab CI/CD pipeline and code management

Experience in Python, Control-M

Expert in Data Integration, Data profiling, Data Quality and Metadata Management, and Data Pipeline.

Proficiency in translating high-level business problem statements to detailed technical designs/solutions.

Experience in Agile Development and CI/CD.

Ability to take ownership and lead/drive end-to-end deliverables.

Ability to resolve complex ETL/ELT problems by proposing and implementing tactical/Strategic solutions.

Desire to mentor junior team members and develop their skills.

Strong documentation and presentation skills.

StreamSets, Spark and Kafka Experience is a plus.

Other Responsibilities:

Takes complete end to end accountability of any task and works proactively and independently to complete the same

Effective Data handling and fixes required for day-to-day support

Co-leads the strategy phase of projects including discovery, evaluating and recommending technical solution

Participates in pre-project business development activities including delivering pitches for new work.

Provides technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful

Implementation phase on client projects. Maintain workload between oversees employee and offshore

Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements.

Understands each client s organizational goals and objectives.

Seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Delivers training to client personnel of various skill levels and technical capabilities.

Support work with offshore team in day-to-day activities/delivery

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
