Job Description:

Seeking a Sharepoint Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in support of a federal customer. The Technical Lead is responsible for enabling the team to deliver enterprise SharePoint Online solutions that meet government-defined functional requirements while upholding agency policies, industry standards, and best practices. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities


  • Communicate technical options clearly, including their tradeoffs and associated risks.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern development tools and practices to improve the product, architecture, and user experience.
  • Promote Agile methodologies to support timely delivery of functional releases and issue resolutions.
  • Actively engage in design discussions, Agile ceremonies, and meetings with cross-functional and integration teams.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on testing activities, ensuring the security, integrity, and quality of the product.
  • Collaborate with team members and integration partners to develop new features and to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience with O365 SharePoint Online and other intranet-based collaboration tools in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience managing and coordinating web content migrations.
  • Skilled in preparing and developing both technical and system documentation.
  • Microsoft Certifications in SharePoint Online and/or O365 are required.
  • Relevant training certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability Public Trust
