Fulfillment Executor / Fulfillment Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Executor with a strong background in telecom or technology operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate fulfillment activities, manage order processing workflows, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication, organizational abilities, and hands-on experience with MS Excel and ERP/order management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment activities in alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Track, manage, and update order movement using Excel and other tracking tools.
• Monitor fulfillment status, identify gaps, and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, provisioning, and customer service.
• Ensure timely processing of telecom/tech-related orders in ERP or order management systems.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and support documentation tasks.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring high accuracy and timely execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 3 years experience in fulfillment coordination, order management, supply-chain coordination, or telecom operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Reporting).
• Experience with ERP or Order Management Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Telecom or technology industry experience is mandatory.
