Job Title: Fenergo Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job Description:

The Client is seeking Fenergo Developers with expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), particularly with Fenergo's FenX product, to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java and .NET development and experience in banking environments. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and optimization of Fenergo CLM for complex client onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations while optimizing the user experience across the client lifecycle.

As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of the Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform within a major financial institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Implementation & Optimization

    • Lead configuration and customization efforts for Fenergo CLM, ensuring alignment with client-specific KYC requirements and onboarding workflows.
    • Enhance Fenergo functionalities through automation and system integrations with third-party applications like MDM, Salesforce, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.

  • Technical Development & Support

    • Use Java and .NET development expertise to improve Fenergo's capabilities, working in an Agile development environment.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues within the platform, deploying enhancements to improve reliability and user experience.

  • Data Management & Integration

    • Facilitate seamless data integration across systems, ensuring high data quality standards and supporting post-trade feed flows and other operational data processes.
    • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory frameworks impacting KYC and AML processes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
    • Actively contribute to project management, ensuring that timelines, requirements, and objectives are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience with Fenergo (preferably with FenX), and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, specifically in the banking sector.
  • Java and .NET development expertise.
  • Proven experience with KYC and AML compliance processes.
  • Strong knowledge of data management and system integration.
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Banking experience is preferred, particularly with financial institutions.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and enhancing platform capabilities.

This position is hybrid and requires candidates to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN
