Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to program success, proactively addressing issues that may impact timelines, scope, or quality.
Resource Allocation: Ensure proper allocation of resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, to support program execution.
Program Governance: Establish and maintain program governance processes, including regular status reporting, steering committees, and escalation procedures.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance, including progress against milestones, budget adherence, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Adjust plans as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
Change Management: Lead organizational change management initiatives associated with program implementations, ensuring successful adoption by all stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and methodologies.
Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional programs.
