Job Details

Sr Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - 6 month contract + extensions and/or CTH for the right person

Need local candidates as they would like to have this consultant onsite 2-3 days a week as there will be many meetings with all levels of the company - VP, COO, CIO, NetSuite developers, business stakeholders, vendors, etc. This person should have excellent written and presentation skills.
Any exposure to construction management software - Procore or Kahua would be a big plus.

One of our key projects is to look into adding a Construction Management/Capital Project & Program Management application to our ecosystem. We would like for this analyst to have extensive experience in that domain and understand it from an owner's perspective. We do not necessarily build the data centers (we have GCs), but we own the development portion and thus the need for strong capital project experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth business process analyses to understand existing operations, identify improvement opportunities, and define requirements for system enhancements within capital project and financial project frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT developers and vendors to design, configure, and implement solutions for capital project management software that address business needs.
  • Facilitate the integration of capital project management with other business applications, ensuring cohesive data flow and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and training materials for users.
  • Work alongside project managers to maximize the utility of capital project management tools throughout all project phases, from inception through completion.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented systems, identifying any issues and coordinating with IT support teams for timely resolutions.
  • Lead the assessment of new technologies and software upgrades, advocating for investments that can improve efficiency and financial management of capital projects.
