These systems require complex integrations to functional properly, and with that hiring a Platform Integrations Consultant who will work with their existing toolset (SAP CPI) or suggest other toolsets (such as Mulesoft) to develop these integrations. The IT Integration Platform Specialist is a partner to the business community. This position is responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the areas of data integration and solution architecture, including providing solution alternatives, estimates, gathering and interpreting of requirements, designing, documenting and delivering solutions.
TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
50% Technical lead for production issues and break fixes. Responsible for executing testing scenarios, migration planning, and Hyper Care for data integration production issues and break fixes
30% Responsible for reviewing the requirements, technical design and creating/reviewing documentation (system diagrams) though the architectural review process. Review and validate end-to-end solution documentation for Tier I and Tier II support
10% Continuously research emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovations to assess their relevance and potential impact on IT as it supports business operations
10% Support Data Integration Lead as SME expert on integration platform and governance
EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE:
3+ years of experience in integration platform development and management using SAP, SAP PI, HANA Cloud Integration and/or other integration tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take business/functional requirements and interpret them into technical specifications/solutions.
Experience preparing documentation and building solution/system diagrams leveraging tools such as Lucid or Visio etc...
Familiar with business cases, process flows and swim lanes, business processes and procedures, and testing scenarios.
Ability to effectively present recommendations and updates to diverse audiences - business, technical and management
Excellent teamwork skills
