Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
Execute structured testing and validation workflows across all active XR modules
Support integration of new features, SDKs, and identity systems within the XR ecosystem
Provide operational support for VR training deployments, including issue triage and resolution
Monitor and analyze system and application logs to identify and troubleshoot platform issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and scalability
Document test outcomes and translate technical findings into actionable insights
Assist in managing and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS AppStream, S3, and IAM configurations
Qualifications:
Experience with VR platforms, SDK integrations, and identity/authentication systems is a PLUS
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services
Ability to debug and resolve issues using system logs and cloud monitoring tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Versatility in software validation, platform support, and integration testing
Ability to define and execute test plans and clearly document results
Familiarity with XR development environments and tools is a plus
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment
Passionate about immersive technologies and their application in training and education
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
