Job Description:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Expertise in technical configuration of WMS products (preferably BY/JDA/RedPrairie).
- Strong experience with PL/SQL, SQL Server, and Performance Tuning.
- Hands-on knowledge of Jasper Reports, Nice Labels, PageBuilder, and MOCA.
- Experience integrating WMS with ERP/Host systems, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel systems, and other 3rd party tools.
- Understanding of integration between WMS and Voice/Material Handling/ASRS systems.
- Strong knowledge of system testing, quality assurance, and solution integration.
- Familiarity with operating systems, client/server technologies, ERP systems, integration, and middleware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and consultants.
- Proactive and effective communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience guiding support services in resolving base technical issues.
- Able to contribute to technical consulting practice through documentation and best practices.
- Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is a plus.
- Capable of addressing complex issues with minimal supervision.
