Duration: 12+ months (high possibility of extension)

About the Role
We re looking for a highly skilled Product Owner / Expert Technical Specialist to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within Data & Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE).
This individual will oversee business use cases, manage in-flight projects, and ensure alignment between data strategy, analytics, and execution particularly in machine learning (ML) and advanced analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with data architecture, data engineering, and business analytics teams to identify and implement ML use cases.
Leverage expertise in Dataiku and Azure ML to guide data scientists in developing, tuning, and deploying ML models.
Act as an Advanced Analytics Product Owner: identify, prioritize, and track ML initiatives.
Provide mentorship and guidance on ML best practices, from ideation to deployment.
Drive thought leadership on governance, ethics, and compliance in advanced analytics.
Build and validate predictive models supporting key strategic initiatives or AI/ML proofs-of-concept.
Lead process improvement efforts for data-related workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Proven success leading complex technical projects and collaborating across business and IT teams.
Strong project leadership and organizational skills; experience delivering high-impact solutions.
Excellent communication skills able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train technical teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
Experience developing business cases, proposals, and presentations.
