Our client is looking for a Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety Project Manager. They need an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our digital initiatives in the Supply Chain area. This role aims to support the IT team as we deploy strategic initiatives related to our Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety strategies. This aligns with the company s digital strategy for 2025. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent project management and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams. This position follows a hybrid model, with approximately 50% remote work and 50% on-site presence. The on-site component includes frequent travel across our operational territories in Texas and Oklahoma, including regular visits to key manufacturing and distribution sites as needed
Musts:
PM
Experience deploying IoT, condition monitoring, or predictive maintenance
Familiarity with MES, CMMS, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Infor)
Understanding of cloud (Azure, AWS), edge computing, and data ingestion pipelines
Awareness of cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443)
Proficient use of Microsoft tools (Office, Project, One Drive, Teams, etc.)
Some OCM experience
Plus
PMP
Agile/Scrum certification
Experience working in food and beverage, CPG, or regulated industries
Proficiency in Spanish language
