About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and drive a complex IT-OT Transformation Program, focused on building a unified, scalable, and compliant financial and operational ecosystem for a large enterprise client. This role will be a key leadership position working onsite at the client s U.S. location, partnering across business, finance, and IT deliver strategic transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the IT-OT Transformation Program.
  • Define and manage program roadmap, governance, and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
Unified Financial Foundation:
  • Drive the implementation of a single source of financial truth, enabling real-time visibility and eliminating manual, error-prone processes.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and external vendors to align systems with financial reporting, consolidation, and audit requirements.
Integrated Operations & Data:
  • Lead initiatives to integrate fragmented systems and processes across business segments.
  • Establish unified data governance, analytics, and operational intelligence frameworks for cross-functional decision-making.
Scalability & Compliance:
  • Ensure solutions support enterprise scale, multi-entity structures, and are SOX and SEC compliant.
  • Prepare systems and processes for public company readiness and complex audit/compliance environments.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors, business unit leaders, finance controllers, and IT drive alignment and adoption.
  • Influence C-level decision-making with clear reporting on risks, timelines, ROI, and outcomes.
Risk & Change Management:
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and organizational change associated with technology and operations transformation.
  • Facilitate training, change enablement, and user adoption activities across impacted business units.
Required Qualifications:
  • 16+ years of total experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-scale digital or finance transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience in leading finance and operations technology transformations, preferably in a public company or IPO-readiness environment.
  • Deep understanding of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials, NetSuite) and operations platforms (ERP, EPM, data lakes, etc.).
  • Experience with SOX, SEC, and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT perspectives.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
  • Hands-on experience working with transformation partners, consulting firms, or system integrators.
  • Experience in high-growth or multi-entity environments with complex reporting needs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid delivery models in large enterprise settings.
