Job: Sr. Data Analyst
Location: Downtown Houston, TX 77002
Term: 6-month contract-to-hire
Visa: Someone who can work on W2
Interview: 2 Internal vendor screening calls, 1 Hour Final Video Interview with HM
Hours: Regular 40 hours
Remote: Hybrid | 3 days onsite& 2 days remote
Project/Day to Day:
Client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk Management & Supply Chain Analytics team, located in Houston, TX.
Responsible for the development, support, maintenance, and implementation of data analytics using Tableau. You will be part of enterprise analytics organization focused on supply chain and ERM. Working with big stakeholders and leadership to discuss how they can meet these goals. BigQuery required, they will extract data, using data modeling and need understand reporting, Tableau, PowerBI, gathering requirements.
Top skills:
  • Tableau - should be ab advanced as Tableau developer
  • SQL scripts, BigQuery, build reports in tableau - create & publish - understand the calculations
  • Communication with stakeholders - telling them what to do, give them insights, translate data into insights, provide solutions.
Required Experience:
  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related analytics experience
  • 5 years of advanced Tableau expertise
  • Experience with data warehousing technology like ETL process, Google BigQuery, Oracle etc.
  • Exposure to hands on work with multiple and big datasets to build analytics
  • Programming experience in languages including SQL
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
