Description:
General position description:
Ensures that excellent customer service is given to visitors and customers interested in learning about the client company and the equipment it produces resulting in the best possible client experience.
Job responsibilities:
Coordinates and plans all factory tours for enterprise facilities.
Partners with on-site tour team and security to confirm factory tours.
Completes vetting process for all tour requests.
Compiles data necessary to prepare files or create standard and special reports using defined formats.
Performs office administrative duties including correspondence, invoicing, filing, bill payment, and reporting.
Acts as the Company representative during factory tours and events.
Manages tour coordination procedure and policy within client platform
Provide tours at world headquarters for VIP guests
Provide event support and coordination for local headquarters events and conference rooms
Event liaison between client builder and stakeholders
Duties:
Prepares tour guide work schedules ensuring appropriate number of tour guides are available for scheduled tours.
Trains tour guides on tour routes and appropriate information to provide guests.
Skill Set Requirements:
Project coordination experience
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Public Speaking: Comfort and confidence in speaking before groups of people
Customer Service Orientation: Ability to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and politely.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle unexpected situations or changes in tour plans.
Organization and Time Management: Efficiently manage tour schedules and ensure timely completion of tours.

Notes:
This position is 100% onsite
This is a part-time position: 25-30 hours/week, 5-6 hours per day in office
This position may require driving.
Driving a client Gator may be required, so candidates must have a valid driver's license
