Job Description

• The team prefers candidates who are technically strong, stable, and capable of long-term engagement.

Key Role Details

• These are approved contract roles until September 2026, with potential for further extension (confirmation expected by July 2026).
• The positions focus on go-live and hypercare phases with phased rollouts - Europe first, followed by the U.S., then Asia.
• It's not a typical support role - candidates who have only handled post-go-live support will not be suitable. Each rollout phase will be demanding and fast-paced.
• The client operates within the medical systems domain, which may include ITAR-related systems.
• The main project is live in Phoenix, and this hiring is part of the Europe rollout team.
• The assignment is remote
• Strong communication skills are a top priority - this role involves direct client interaction and relationship building. Purely technical candidates without strong functional and client-facing experience will not fit.

Functional & Technical Focus Areas

• The role requires experience in three primary functional areas:
  • LWN (key focus area)
  • PDP
  • SPN / LWP
• Inventory Management experience is critical - a deal-breaker for selection.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP and Plan-to-Manufacture..
• Candidates should have exposure to phased rollouts, hypercare, and multi-regional SAP environments.

Additional Role Details

• Inventory Management experience is a major advantage.
