· Hands-on experience with Tableau / Power BI admin
· Hands-on experience with preferably version 5x or higher
· Proficiency in shell scripting and REST API usage for job automation
· Familiarity with job design canvas pipeline flows and orchestration
· Experience with performance tuning and error handling
· Experience with monitoring tools and automation frameworks
· Need to work in 247 L2 Support model
· Should have meticulous and detailed problem solving skills
· Excellent Analytical Communication Reporting Skills
· Should have experience working in ITIL Process ServiceNow ControlM or equivalent
· Strong knowledge on ITIL Process Metrics
· Experience working in Banking Domain
