Immediate and Fully Remote opening for Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst over Human Capital Analytics to assis with the design, develop, and optimize HR reporting and analytics using Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, Snowflake, and BI tools. You ll improve data quality, create advanced dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business decisions, while transforming HR analytics with cutting-edge tools and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain custom reports/dashboards in Workday, Greenhouse, ADP.
Develop SQL queries and enhance data models in Snowflake.
Create advanced visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Lead data governance efforts for accuracy and consistency.
Support post-merger data integration and change management.
Requirements:
Bachelor s in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Math, or related field.
7+ years in BI/analytics, preferably in People Analytics or financial services.
Strong SQL skills; experience with Workday and/or Greenhouse reporting.
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Familiarity with ETL and cloud data platforms.
