Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Field Deployment Specialist to support a large-scale tenant migration and technology refresh across 115 retail locations. This role involves hands-on deployment of SD-WAN, phone systems, and mobile devices, as well as direct consultation with store personnel to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute tenant migrations across multiple retail locations.
Deploy and configure SD-WAN solutions to support secure and scalable network connectivity.
Install and test Yealink phones, including factory resets and provisioning.
Manage the deployment of iPhones, including testing, shipping logistics, and activation of 160 pre-configured devices.
Provide remote and on-site consultation to store teams, ensuring clear communication and successful technology adoption.
Support Microsoft Teams integration and user training as needed.
Maintain accurate records of device inventory, shipping status, and deployment progress.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networking, phones, and mobile devices.
Deliver clear, step-by-step instructions to store personnel for setup and usage of new equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT field support, network deployment, or systems migration.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, SD-WAN, and VoIP systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, iOS devices, and enterprise mobile device management (MDM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work directly with non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel to store locations as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
