Description

Nous recherchons un Analyste QA Manuel pour rejoindre notre quipe Web Policy Change (WPC), dans le cadre de l'initiative de Transformation numrique libre-service destine aux clients en assurance automobile. Ce rle est essentiel pour maintenir le rythme de livraison alors que nous redployons nos ressources QA existantes vers le volet assurance habitation.
Vous travaillerez sur une application web destine aux clients, leur permettant de modifier leurs polices d'assurance en ligne, sans intervention humaine. Votre mission principale sera de raliser des tests manuels sur l'interface utilisateur afin de garantir une exprience fluide et sans bogues.

Responsabilits principales

  • Effectuer des tests manuels sur des applications web libre-service, en mettant l'accent sur l'exprience utilisateur et la fonctionnalit.
  • Rdiger et excuter des cas de test bass sur les critres d'acceptation mtier.
  • Identifier, documenter et suivre les bogues l'aide de Jira et Zephyr.
  • Tester dans plusieurs environnements hors production et participer aux activits de dploiement.
  • Fournir l'approbation finale des versions du point de vue QA.
  • Collaborer troitement avec les analystes d'affaires, les propritaires de produit et les autres membres de l'quipe QA.
  • Participer activement aux runions d'quipe et contribuer une culture d'quipe positive, transparente et collaborative.

  • Langue : Matrise du franais (oral et crit)
  • Localisation : Montral ou Laval (prfr)

Comptences techniques

  • Exprience avre en QA manuel pour des applications web front-end
  • Exprience avec des plateformes libre-service ou des projets de transformation numrique
  • Outils : Jira, Zephyr, Confluence

Description
We are seeking a Manual QA Analyst to join our Web Policy Change (WPC) team, supporting the Self-Serve Digital Transformation initiative for car insurance clients. This role is critical to maintaining delivery momentum as we transition our existing QA resources to support the home insurance stream.
You'll be working on a client-facing web application that allows users to make changes to their insurance policies online without human intervention. Your focus will be on manual front-end testing, ensuring a seamless and bug-free experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing on self-service web applications, focusing on user experience and functionality.
- Write and execute test cases based on business acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira and Zephyr.
- Test across multiple non-production environments and participate in deployment activities.
- Provide final sign-off for releases from a QA perspective.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA team members.
- Engage actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive, transparent, and collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Language: Must be fluent in French (spoken and written)
- Location: Montreal or Laval (preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in manual QA for front-end web applications
- Experience with self-service platforms or digital transformation projects
- Tools: Jira, Zephyr, Confluence
Soft Skills:
- Strong team player, proactive communicator, and comfortable on camera
- Authentic, transparent, and collaborative personality
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress
- Knowledge of accessibility testing

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
