Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI & ML Developer Lead to spearhead our artificial intelligence initiatives. This role involves leading a team of engineers, designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions, and aligning technical strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy
o Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and developers.
o Define the technical roadmap and set goals for AI/ML initiatives.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- AI/ML Development
o Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems.
o Oversee the full AI project lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
o Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication
o Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.
o Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
o Present project progress and results to senior leadership.
- Innovation & Best Practices
o Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
o Implement best practices in MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.
o Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.
