Requirements: Work history for remediating AD pen test findings. Soft skills- highly motivated.
Technical Experience- Active Directory SME, DFS, DNS, managing sites & services, large/enterprise complicated environment experience
Team- diverse team
Not looking for an AD Admin, this is an Active Directory SME role. Not looking for an Adenza Engineer or Network Engineer that worked with AD to provision policies and user access.
Challenge- diverse/customized environment (5 forest, 280 domain controllers), the last 2 people that were brought on took 6mts to get up to speed, tight controls
"I've created users in AD"- not a fit, manages 2 domain controls- not a fit
Highly proficient in the design, engineering, test, document and support responsibilities for projects requiring Microsoft Active Directory (AD), AD Certificate Services (ADCS), AD Sites & Services (ADSS), DNS/DHCP, and AD Group Policies for server security compliance
Ensure all designs adhere to the corporate guidelines and specifications.
Provide technical leadership in the design and engineering of MS Active Directory, ADCS, ADSS, DNS/DHCP, and AD Group Policy that meet the business needs within accepted corporate guidelines.
Assess risks and recommend enhancements or alternatives.
Communicate comfortably to Management and clients, understand and react to the urgency of their work.
Engineers are responsible for third level production support on a 24x7 basis and are responsible for carrying a pager on a 24x7 basis.
Required skills:
Creating and managing Active Directory Group Policies
Building and configuring AD Certificate Services
Migrating Windows servers from one AD domain to another AD domain and resolving any issues
Required competencies:

Creating technical documentation - both diagrams and detailed procedures
