Role: Oracle  Cloud Fusion Security Analyst

Duration: 6-12 Months CTH

Location:100% Remote

 

 

Role Overview:

The Oracle Cloud Fusion Security Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role ensures secure access, data protection, and compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

•               Access Management & RBAC:

•               Design and configure Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) across Fusion modules.

•               Define and manage user roles, privileges, and segregation of duties (SOD) controls.

•               Security Configuration & Governance:

•               Implement encryption, data masking, and other security features.

•               Support Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) administration and governance processes.

•               Integration & Identity Management:

•               Manage API authentication and integrations with third-party tools.

•               Bridge identity management with systems like Microsoft Active Directory.

•               Security Audits & Compliance:

•               Conduct regular security assessments and audits.

•               Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

•               Collaboration & Support:

•               Partner with ERP functional and technical teams, enterprise security, and SOC.

•               Provide technical support for security-related issues and incidents.

 

Required Skills & Experience

•               5+ years in data security roles, including 3+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

•               Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) and OCI.

•               Experience with RBAC, SOD, encryption, and cloud security principles.

•               Familiarity with security auditing tools and compliance frameworks.

•               Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

 

Preferred Attributes

•               Experience in global ERP implementations.

•               Knowledge of Oracle PaaS administration (OCI, OIC).

•               Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and risk reporting.
