Serve as the primary point of contact for testing-related discussions onshore |
Define test strategies, scope, and objectives in alignment with project requirements. |
Identify test scenarios, create test plans, and estimate effort required. |
Ensure alignment of testing efforts with business and technical stakeholders. |
Actively participate in test case design, execution, and defect tracking with the use of GenAI. |
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and automation testing as needed. |
Ensure comprehensive test coverage based on system requirements. |
Log, track, and analyze defects, ensuring timely resolution. |
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to triage issues efficiently. |
Provide detailed test execution and defect reports to stakeholders. |
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth execution across time zones. |
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. |
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers in the testing process. |
Proactively suggest mitigations and escalate critical issues as necessary. |
