Senior Sap Analyst - FICO

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Sap Analyst - FICO in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain in-depth and current knowledge of processes and systems in area of expertise
* Perform root cause analysis and participate in architecting solutions and technical spec writing to solve business challenges, improve functionality and process efficiency, implement new legal requirements or enable new capabilities
* Configure SAP and its bolt-ons in the Finance and Controlling area
* Work with corporate IT and business team members to analyze, assess impact, challenge and document requirements and to provide project sizing of new incoming demand
* Manage (sub) projects in the FICO area and delivers on time for each project phase
* Generate and execute test plans to ensure quality of work, and to ensure the impact on all platforms and regions is known and understood
* Work with integration team to design data integrations between product tools and systems, provide testing and assess impact

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6 years of prior related compensatory work experience as SAP IT Business Analyst in Finance and Controlling (FICO)
* Broad functional SAP knowledge in Finance and Controlling as well as profound knowledge of the integration between FICO and SD and MM, including configuration and set up
* Business acumen - strong functional business knowledge for processes included in the service, knowledgeable of current and future strategies, trends, technology
* Effective communication, both written and oral with all levels of business and technical audiences
* Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Customer focused in all actions
* Positive "can-do" attitude, self-starter, and self-motivator with an enthusiastic drive for results and a good sense of urgency
* Ability to be proactive in identification, mitigation of business/IT risks, continuous improvement, and innovation
* Good probing and listening skills in order to fully understand business needs
* Flexible attitude to working hours

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
