Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer with expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Databricks to join our team in Mount Laurel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL solutions to support enterprise data integration and analytics initiatives. This position requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and Databricks.

  • Modify and maintain existing ETL code to meet evolving business requirements.

  • Independently develop, configure, and perform unit testing based on source-to-target specifications.

  • Collaborate with data architects, application developers, and reporting teams to implement scalable data solutions.

  • Design and document comprehensive ETL solutions and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.

  • Provide ongoing technical support for the administration and production environments of Informatica.

  • Serve as the first and second-level support for troubleshooting ETL and data integration issues.

  • Follow best practices and development methodologies to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

  • Participate in design and code reviews with senior team members to ensure optimal solution delivery.

  • Produce and maintain technical documentation to support developed code and processes.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the data warehouse environment and assist in implementing solutions.

  • Appropriately escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or management as needed.

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and transformation tasks.

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of integration technologies and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Informatica PowerCenter (development, administration, and support).

  • Strong working knowledge of Databricks, especially in ETL pipeline development.

  • Proficiency in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, performance tuning).

  • Experience in designing and building ETL processes in a data warehouse environment.

  • Familiarity with data modeling and data architecture principles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
