Job Title: QA Lead / Coordinator Enterprise Integration Testing
Location: 100% Remote

Experience: 10+ years

Duration: 6 months (potential extension based on project needs).

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead/Coordinator for a short-term contract (6
months) to support a complex enterprise-level integration project. This role involves test planning, coordination across multiple teams, and hands-on integration testing using API tools such as Postman. Prior exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and supply chain workflows is highly beneficial
given the nature of the integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API testing and integration workflows, with the ability to lead defect triage and status calls in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Documentation

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for integration testing.
  • Create and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts for API and end-to-end workflows.

Execution & Coordination

  • Perform hands-on integration testing using Postman or similar API tools.
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Defect Management

  • Lead daily defect triage and status calls.
  • Track and report testing progress, defects, and risks to project leadership.

Quality Assurance Leadership

  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues quickly.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of API testing and integration workflows.
  • 5 7 years of hands-on QA coordination/lead experience for complex programs.
  • Proficiency with Postman or similar API testing tools.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage defect triage and provide clear status reporting.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience testing ERP modules or integrations (Oracle, SAP, or similar systems).
  • Exposure to Supply Chain, Order Management, or Manufacturing workflows.
  • Proven ability to coordinate QA activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines and managing pressure effectively.
  • Strong skills in tracking and reporting QA KPIs to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Prior experience in enterprise-level integration projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
