Position: IT Business Analyst (Job Id 88234-1)

Location: Oakland CA

Duration: 3 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

  • The Lead Business Analyst will work directly with the suppliers, Global Business Services, IT Application teams and, the IT Observability team to establish availability monitoring of the supplier's services subscribed by us.
  • The Lead Business Analyst will provide established requirements related to the types of availability monitoring supported by us.
  • The Lead Business Analyst will capture what capabilities the supplier can support and report back to the IT Observability team for next steps on implementation.
  • It is expected 100 suppliers nominally will require evaluation for availability monitoring the remainder of 2024.
  • Other duties will include working with Observability team members for the creation of process documentation, and logging of items and decisions subject to audit. Assisting is updating Configuration Management Database (CMDB) objects related to Observability and Configuration Item (CI) data quality.
