ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to work on Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations focused on Personal Auto and Homeowners insurance products. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, support system configuration, and optimize policy lifecycle workflows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Personal Auto and Homeowners insurance products
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and configuration specifications for Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to optimize policy lifecycle workflows, underwriting rules, and product configurations
- Support system configuration by working with the Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration team, ensuring alignment with business rules and product definitions
- Facilitate and lead requirement workshops, user story refinement sessions, and UAT planning with business users
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3+ years working on Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations
- Strong domain expertise in Personal Lines P&C Insurance, specifically Personal Auto and Homeowners products
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter v10.x or Cloud is preferred
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and business process modeling tools
OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments, ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
