Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst to lead and facilitate a high-impact transformation initiative focused on improving process maturity, alignment, and execution across the organization. This engagement will focus on process design, optimization, and governance, supporting enterprise priorities and driving standardization, efficiency, and transparency.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of analytical expertise, facilitation skills, and leadership experience in managing complex process engagements. They will play a key role in guiding teams through discovery, design, and implementation phases to deliver measurable business outcomes.
**Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a transformation workstream focused on process improvement, optimization, and governance.
- Facilitate process discovery, design, and alignment sessions with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Map, assess, and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align process requirements with system and data capabilities.
- Develop and maintain process maps, RACI charts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using tools such as Blueworks Live, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and dependencies that impact scalability, integration, and performance.
- Collaborate with functional teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics for ongoing governance.
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations, process documentation, and enablement materials.
- Support change management activities to drive adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or business transformation.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate process design sessions and workshops across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing process engagements from discovery through implementation.
- Strong understanding of BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Skilled in process documentation tools (Blueworks Live, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBPA, or PMP are a plus).
Engagement Scope
This role is responsible for leading and delivering a transformation project focused on process improvement, optimization, and governance.
The role will require strong facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and documentation skills to ensure outcomes are achieved within the engagement timeframe.
The engagement may be extended or expanded based on project needs and performance.
