TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
- Exposure to low/code no code app development tools like Appian, Mendix, PowerApps, etc.
- Exposure to RPA like Ui/Pathe Power Automate etc.
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy professional to lead solution discovery and evaluation efforts for business process transformation initiatives. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand use cases, document requirements, evaluate tools (including low-code/no-code platforms, automation solutions, and AI-enabled apps), and drive proof-of-concept (POC) execution through to operationalization. Assumes routine administrative tasks, and will be called upon to make independent decisions, direct and coordinate activities of others. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proven ability in the following responsibilities:
- Engage with business teams to understand use cases and pain points.
- Create detailed requirement documents, including As-Is and To-Be process flows.
- Research and evaluate market tools and platforms aligned with business needs.
- Lead POC efforts: coordinate with vendors, schedule demos, and manage NDA/MSA processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to assess solution fit and feasibility.
- Ensure operationalization and scalability are considered throughout the evaluation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in AI, automation, and low-code/no-code ecosystems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrates strong cross-team collaboration skills, knowledge sharing, and advises on best-practices and process improvements.
- Demonstrates understanding of system-wide dependencies and interactions.
- Advises management in the development of short/long-term information technology strategies from both a technical and/or business perspective.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree from a 4 year accredited university is preferred.
- 10+ years of related industry or technical experience preferred.
- Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Management Information Systems (MIS) degree is preferred.
- Dedicated to meeting/exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, customers, and all levels of management to gain their trust and respect.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively apply the new skills and knowledge.
- Effectively cope with change, make decisions and act to move forward with deliverables while handling risk and uncertainty.
- Goal oriented with the drive to exceed goals successfully.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with business process mapping and solution evaluation.
- Familiarity with vendor engagement, including legal and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
- Background in business analysis, product evaluation, or solution architecture is a plus.
