Job Type- Hybrid - 3 days WFO

Senior AI Prompt and Model Development Engineer with deep technical expertise in the architecture, development, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, BERT, T5, RoBERTa, and Transformer-XL. This role requires an innovative mind capable of understanding and enhancing the core algorithms that power LLMs, as well as designing sophisticated prompts to maximize model performance across diverse applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and refinement of LLMs, enhancing their architecture, training methods, and inference capabilities to achieve superior performance.
  • Design and optimize advanced prompts that effectively communicate with LLMs, eliciting high-quality, contextually appropriate responses.
  • Conduct in-depth research into model behavior and interactions to continuously improve prompt strategies and model configurations.
  • Implement robust testing frameworks to assess model performance and prompt efficacy under various conditions, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI researchers, and software developers to integrate LLMs into practical applications.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying cutting-edge research to our model development efforts.
  • Publish findings and contribute thought leadership in the field through academic papers, blog posts, and presentations at industry conferences.
  • Mentor team members, fostering an environment of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • PhD or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and natural language processing, with a focus on developing and optimizing LLMs.
  • Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
  • Proven track record in AI model development, particularly in constructing and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading significant AI projects from conception to production.
